2. Did you forget your password?

(a) First, enter your email address.
(b) Next, click on the "Email My Information" button to have instructions to reset your password emailed to you.
(c) If you are receiving a message stating that a account can not be found, you will need to complete the registration process, creating a account for the page you are trying to access.
(d) Reset password emails are sent from support@upickem.net. Please be sure to add this address to your contacts to ensure delivery of the password reset email.

3. Not able to complete registration because your username is already in use. Yet you have not registered for this contest in the past.

The issue is that the username you are trying to register with is already in use by another user. In order to register an account, the email address and username must be unique, and cannot be in use by another user. You will need to use a different username to complete the registration process.
